What data is processed

• When visiting the website: technical server logs (for example IP address, browser type, timestamp) by the hosting provider, for the technical provision of the site.
• When submitting the contact form: name, email address, optionally company, and the message text you enter.

Purpose The data provided in the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is forwarded by email to Marco Ancora. It is not passed on to third parties and not used for advertising purposes.

Retention Messages from the contact form are not stored in a database but delivered directly by email. The emails themselves are kept for as long as is useful for answering and following up on the enquiry.

Cookies This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. No visitor recognition takes place, which is why there is no cookie banner.

External services and disclosure abroad The service Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC, USA) is used to deliver the contact form, as this website runs without its own mail server. Only the data you enter in the form (name, email, company, message) is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded from there directly by email to Marco Ancora. Web3Forms does not store or reuse it for any other purpose. All other resources (images, fonts, code) are served directly from the site’s own server.

Your rights You have the right to request information about the data stored about you, as well as its correction or deletion. Please contact marco@ancora.marketing.

Data security The contact form is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to Web3Forms and from there directly by email to Marco Ancora, without intermediate storage in a database of its own.
